Perforated Metal

The process of perforating metal sheets has been practiced for over 150 years. Perforated metal, also known as  perforated sheet, perforated plate, or perforated screen, is sheet metal that has been manually or mechanically stamped or punched to create a pattern of holes, slots, or decorative shapes. Materials used to manufacture perforated metal sheets include stainless steel, cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, brass, aluminum, tinplate, copper, Monel, Inconel, titanium, plastic, and more.

Expanded Metal

Commonly used today for fences and grates. Expanded metal is a type of sheet metal which has been cut and stretched to form a regular pattern (often diamond-shaped) of metal-mesh-like material.

Checkered Plate

Checkered plate, also known as diamond plate, or tread plate is a type of metal stock that comes with a regular pattern of raised diamonds or lines on one side, with the reverse side plain or featureless. Our Checkered plate usually comes in steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

The added texture reduces the risk of slipping, making diamond plate ideal for ramps, walkways, stairs, even catwalks. The checkered plate is also frequently used as the interior of ambulances and on the footplates of firetrucks. Additional applications include truck beds and trailer floors.

Metal Tubings

Strong, tough and durable, Metal tube (tubing) is made of metallic elements or alloys and is designed for specific industrial applications. Due to its nature, Metal Tube is stronger and more robust compared with other types of tubing. And makes it better suited for many industrial and structural applications. Common metals used to construct metal tube include stainless steel, copper, steel, brass, and aluminum.
